[ closed ] 46’ Oyster on World Tour – now Cruising the Pacific Islands French Polynesia to New Zealand ref 14185

Andrew Tucker wants 2 crew for Voyager II, Oyster 46 2009, m.

From Tahiti, French Polynesia to Opua , New Zealand.

June 2023 to November 2023.

Voyager II is a comfortable and capable blue water specified vessel which departed the UK in June 2022 successfully crossing the Atlantic in 2022 and the Pacific in 2023 to Tahiti. Happy to have crew join as we continue to explore the islands of the Pacific: Society & Cook Island, the Tonga Group, Fiji ending in New Zealand or Australia. Open to having individuals join me for some or all of this exciting adventure. This opportunity is suitable for able body sailors who are fit and healthy who ideally can contribute something more to the party; cooking, technical, boat admin, tour guide and party organiser. There are costs involved- The captain/owner covers all the cost of running and maintaining the boat. The crew shares the holiday expenses; fuel, marina fees, food, laundry, occasional car rental and some misc costs. Costs for scuba diving, island tours and dinner ashore at crew’s expense. Cooking (love nice healthy food!), washing up, inside/ outside boat cleaning, laundry and food shopping shared by crew. All crew participate in boat/safety maintenance. There will be lots of opportunity for excursions ashore, scuba diving and water sports, touring islands and socializing. This is my trip of a lifetime and I am determined to enjoy every minute. Only the light at heart and ready to play hard should apply.
