4 week sail training trip starting in Sukosan, Croatia to Cagliari, Sardinia and return! Looking for 4-6 people newer sailors who want to venture farther afield after getting their Day Skipper or Yacht Master to join us in early Feb 2021 on a sailing adventure from Sukosan, Croatia to Cagliari and return. The trip will take approximately 4 weeks. We will be stopping in quite a few places along the way. Trip costs 2000€ plus food and shared voyage costs. You will be involved in all aspects of preparation and sailing, planning, navigation, standing watches and in-depth weather analysis, so this is a great way to prepare for your own boat journey or get some high level tuition while building your ocean miles. Since I will be teaching celestial navigation to those who are interested this passage can help you qualify for the RYA Yachtmaster Ocean ticket. And aside from all that, it promises to be an epic and fun sail. The places we stop are well known and vibrant Adriatic and Mediterranean towns. Sukosan Croatia to Cagliari, Sardinia. Almost 1600 Nautical Miles!!! Sail the Adriatic and East Central Med. We will be stopping in 5 or 6 ports along the way for overnight stops. A great way to see some of the great European cities! Starting early Feb 2021 you can be signed on as crew, these are training voyages and the trips are expected to take 4 weeks. The boat is a Bavaria 49. We have experienced skippers who are certified sailing instructors and we are looking for sailors are serious about getting their sailing certifications and licenses, build miles, gain experience and have an incredible adventure. If you come on these trips you will be signed on as crew and your logbook will reflect this, the skipper can sign and stamp your logbook as such.

Crew roles: We are looking for sailors (singles or couples( who have some experience that are looking to become more experienced and capable of sailing anywhere while being comfortable in different sailing situations. This trip is all about expanding your knowledge and skill. This is not a "Zero to Hero" voyage, this is a chance to apply all of the knowledge you have gained in a safe and comfortable situation.
