Trip will be from Martinique to Panama Pacific coast. Plan to cross Canal around 20 December.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 3 or 4

Crew roles: I have an open position for an experienced Watch leader. Must have a sufficient blue water sailing experience together with good sailing knowledge plus some particular nautical skills like sailing, navigation, cooking or systems maintenance for instance. I am looking for calm, focused, open minded, communicative, considerate, passionated and joyful crew. I will pay all expenses except the food costs that we'll buy together before leaving.
