Looking for 2 or 3 crew whose most important function is watchkeeping for voyage Grand Cayman to Martinique & back to Grand Cayman. Expect to spend about a week in Martinique. Option to join or leave at any convenient point en route. Yacht is an Amel Super Maramu ketch in sound & good condition. Timing: ready to leave as soon as crew assembled, but have to watch hurricane season developments. Finance: I pay cost of running & maintaining the boat + cost of food aboard. Not allowed to have caviar at every meal. Crew are responsible for personal insurance & getting to & from boat. Experience: need 1 of 3 with some blue water miles, but otherwise any level is OK so long as enthusiastic, flexible & endowed with commonsense. Gender: M or F. Smoking: accepted, but prefer non-smoker. Would be good to have aboard someone who is a better cook than I am.
