Join Me for an Unforgettable Caribbean Sailing Adventure After crossing the Atlantic and spending a full season exploring the Caribbean, my partner will be returning to Germany for work. I will continue cruising the islands and am looking for up to four crew members who would like to share this adventure. The boat is a Neel 43 trimaran, designed for comfortable, self-sufficient long-distance cruising. She is equipped with everything needed for extended life aboard: plenty of solar power, lithium batteries, a watermaker, Starlink internet, washing machine, induction stove, plancha grill, kayak, snorkeling gear, and much more. You'll enjoy the comfort of a well-equipped cruising yacht without giving up sailing performance. One of the great advantages of the Neel 43 is that she sails fast, even in light winds. Unlike many catamarans, she also performs very well upwind, making her both enjoyable and efficient to sail. It's a unique combination of comfort, space, and performance. Although the yacht has accommodation for up to eight people, I intentionally limit the crew to a maximum of four guests. This gives everyone plenty of personal space and creates a relaxed atmosphere on board. This is not a charter with hired crew—we sail the boat together as a team. Everyone is welcome to participate according to their experience, whether at the helm, trimming sails, navigating, anchoring, or simply learning along the way. We also share the everyday tasks on board, such as cooking, washing dishes, and keeping the boat clean. Our route takes us to some fantastic kitesurfing locations. I have my own kiteboarding equipment on board and you're welcome to bring yours as well. There will be great opportunities to kite in beautiful surroundings, although kitesurfing is just one of many activities and certainly won't dominate the trip. These anchorages are equally perfect for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing in crystal-clear water. I will be cruising around Tobago for two weeks. Depending on the interests and availability of the crew, we can either enjoy one continuous two-week adventure or split it into two individual one-week trips. The voyage begins and ends in Charlotteville, on the beautiful north coast of Tobago. I'm happy to arrange airport pickup for arriving crew members. From Charlotteville we'll explore Tobago's UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, famous for its vibrant coral reefs and spectacular snorkeling. There will also be opportunities to hike through the oldest protected rainforest in the Caribbean, visit charming local villages, or sail south to Tobago's famous white-sand beaches and turquoise bays. Condor operates a non-stop flight every Tuesday from Frankfurt to Tobago, which is why this trip starts and finishes on a Tuesday. This is a shared adventure, not a commercial charter. I ask each crew member to contribute €600 per week towards the boat's expenses, in addition to sharing the costs of food and diesel.
