Looking for experienced, affable crew to join me sailing from the Chesapeake to the Bahamas. The ideal crew is someone who gets along well with others, is reasonable, enthusiastic, fun and loves all aspects of sailing. The people should be flexible with dates. Team players are a must and a great attitude is essential. Yellers and screamers are not wanted.

Gary is currently based in Jolly Harbour , Antigua and Barbuda

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 2): does not matter

Sailing with a Rally: ARC Bahamas

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-hot bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: Every crew member, myself included, will be doing everything necessary to sail, maintain, cook, navigate and take shifts at watch.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
