FAO Capt Michael Redden S/Y '' FREEDOM '' Ahoy Mike, David here, ( Glass 75% full ) 25 + years Tow Master / Rig Move Master / Salvage Master etc in Offshore Oil Fields 14 years Marine Logistics Coordinator with DISASTER RESPONSE LOGISTICS (DRL) engaged in Humanitarian Aid Support of UN Joint Logistics Committee, and International NGO Community. (IFRC, MSF, DEC etc etc) Retired from DRL in 2021 / BACK to serious sailing & cruising. Cruised & delivered several interesting yachts (mostly sail) in spare time over last 30+ years, and my default time-off cruising area is the archipelago paradise of the Gulf de Morbihan, S. Brittany with a group of gaff wooden boat friends. Also operated a 3 masted schooner (charter yacht unfortunately) in the Caribbean for a couple of years but not my long term glass of tea, so always go back to cruising to keep the mind alive. Please send me an e-mail contact to receive a selected CV & oblige. I reside 10 mins near London Gatwick airport so if you / the owner wish me to come over to Sitges, I appreciate mutual initial evaluation of new / important relationships face to face, and I would assist in getting her ready for kick of from what sounds like a substantial 2+ year refit ? Talk soon & kind regards, David. | |
