Hi, I'm Tom, I'm 18 and having been sailing since I was about 5. I sail out of Chichester Harbour and have sailed a few yachts before, in the South of the UK and the Med in Croatia and Greece. But I've mainly sailed in dinghys like optimists, mirrors, fevas, 420's and now RS200s, and have sailed to a fairly high level. I am really keen to do some offshore sailing, particularly the ARC, and after my A levels are over, I'm also keen to do some summer sailing. I have also raced at Cowes in various keelboats, and for the last two years have been coaching sailing. I would say that I am enthusiastic, friendly and easy to get on with, and I will do whatever I need to do on the boat, whether going up the mast, trimming the sails or helming! Other than sailing, I enjoy playing rugby, football, cricket, and spending time with my family and friends.
