| I completed practical RYA Day skipper and shore based coastal skipper/yacht master 15 years ago but have done little sailing since. I am doing an RYA Day skipper practical refresher course next week for five days. I have done dinghy sailing this year. I am physically active having ran two half marathons this year and run 5-10 miles every week. I medically qualified and I work part time in the UK health service (NHS), I am married and have three grown children. I am looking to get back into sailing again with a view to getting my RYA practical yacht master. | |
