| Im a 51 year old sailor from the west coast of Sweden. I want to fulfill a long time dream of crossing the Atlantic. I've been sailing my hole life allthough most of the trips has been costal round the coasts of Sweden, Denmark and Norway. For my fiftieth birthday my friends gave me a pair of red trousers (a Swedish tradition that when one has sailed across the Atlantic, You are allowed to wear red trousers in the marinas. Silly but fun.). So now I need to make it happen! Before they get too small... I'm available from the beginning of September anywhere in Europe. I would prefere sailing from mainland Europe/UK/Mediterranean rather than doing just the leap across from Canaries or Cabo Verde, but I'm up for anything that's going west! I'm of ordinary shape and health, not a heavy drinker allthough I very much enjoy a nice glass of wine or a mug of beer. I can cook, probably better than average, not a fodie but interested. I'm not a smoker. | |
