| I am a sixty three year old widower, day skipper with around 1200 miles of experienced. I first started sailing in my teens sailing dinghies (Enterprise, GP14s, Lasers and OK classes) and got my day skipper in my twenties after crewing on larger vessels 30-40' sloops to 60 ft ketch. In my thirties and forties I sailed intermittently and recently have been crewing on various boats to help people move their boats from one port to another. I have retaken my day skipper qualification as it seemed like the right thing to do. | |
