Hi, my name’s Mark and I'm a fully retired fun loving guy! I’ve had a love of sailing since my earlier days living near the Outer Banks of North Carolina while serving in the US Marines. Gaining ocean sailing experience anywhere is currently at the top of my bucket list. I'd especially like to join a great boat and crew for an Atlantic crossing. I've bareboat chartered as skipper several times out of Miami to Bimini and down through the Florida Keys, unfortunately all of my experience has been coastal cruising. I'm highly interested and ready to meet and discuss your upcoming adventure regardless of location or destination. I'm prepared to pay travel expenses to and from the boat. I'm physically fit, responsible and respectful of those I’m around and expect the same of others. My personality tends to be more laid back and easygoing, yet very social and fun spirited. I haven’t sailed much recently, but I’m gearing up and ready to expand my ocean sailing skills prior to buying my own boat. | |
