| I've been sailing for over 40 years. (Now 62 years young or 17 with 45 years experience!!) From Mirror dinghies through to Class 2 at Cowes. Raced Contessa 32's for many years both inshore and cross channel. Have also done a number of deliveries around Land's End and up to North Wales. More recently focusing on Cruising and have done a number of Channel crossings and trips to the West Country. I also sail a Scow out of Keyhaven. Two years we took membership of a 34 foot Cruiser in Lymington. I love being on the water and have Day Skipper Practical & VHF as well as PB2 though not sure this really explains the breadth of experience that I have as I only just started doing courses after 40 years of sailing!! 2022 I sailed the ARC = starting in Lymington - Camaret - Cascais - Las Palmas - St Lucia I co own a Moody 376 based in Bucklers Hard Marina and we are planning a couple of Channel Crossings for 2024 and also a trip to Southern Ireland I'm hoping to help my cousin sail his 36ft ketch from New Zealand back to the UK at some point and we may do a test sail from New Zealand to Fiji as a starter.
