| I passed my day skipper ten years ago and have been gathering sailing experience since then. I've skippered four sailing holidays with friends in Greece and Turkey. In May 2021, I spent 5 weeks in the Med, helping deliver a Beneteau first 40, which included many night watches. More recently, I joined another Beneteau first 40, sailing from Malta to Gibraltar, and then onto the Canaries. I'm a writer so am lucky enough to be flexible with my time and follow my dream of sailing. I am sociable, adaptable and easy-going. I'm also a good cook and have experience cooking at sea. I am happy to share all tasks onboard and know how to follow instruction and take criticism positively. I'm a good communicator and a good listener. | |
