Hi, I am seeking long ocean passage experience prior to taking delivery of our Balance 482 catamaran in June 2022. I have prior ocean racing experience, have ASA 101, 103, 104, and 114 certifications, and have already done one 1,200 nm delivery of a Balance 526 catamaran. My wife and I lease-share a Beneteau 41.1 out of Newport Beach, CA, and I am the skipper. I also skippered an 11-day bareboat charter of a Catana 47 in French Polynesia. I am a retired engineer/IT guy and am fully vaccinated against Covid19, so I have a lot of flexibility. I can crew, cook, stand watches, and fix stuff. I love new experiences and meeting new people.
