| I am an United States Coast Guard licensed captain and experienced coastal skipper looking to expand my skills to skipper offshore cruising adventures. I have accumulated 2300 nm of ocean sailing. I am an American Sailing Association certified sailing instructor (bareboat cruising, marine weather, coastal navigation, and celestial navigation) at Spinnaker Sailing School in Redwood City, CA instructing young adults and older on San Francisco Bay. I’m a healthy retired engineer, hands-on, drug free, non-smoking, social drinker with no dietary restrictions. I enjoy gourmet cooking and building furniture and wood carving in my own woodworking shop. | |
