| I've been sailing since 1978, when I was 16 yo, since 1981 for 5 years as member of Italian Olympic Yachting Team - Tornado class (Winner of Italian Championships 1984 and 1985) racing all over Europe. I enjoyed many regattas on different sailing boats, mainly on a Baltic 55 DP for the Monaco Yacht Club. (Antigua Sailing Week, Giraglia, Neularge, and others) I Skippered many Chartered sailing boats from 1988 to 2008, sailing mainly the Eastern Med Sea (Turkey - Greece - Croatia). In 2009 I became the owner of a beautiful Baltic38DP still mine. I have sailed with her the whole Western Med Sea for more than 30.000 nml. I love offshore sailing & teaching teenagers safe costal and islands sailing. Ocean Sailing experiences: - Oyster 625, part of the Oyster Ocean Rally, 4 passages from Cape Town to Saint Helena, Salvador de Bahia, Fernando de Noronha and Grenada for a total of 6700 nm and 40 night watches, an Southern Atlantic Ocean as First Mate & Chef. - Oyster660 Halifax-Lunenburg (Canada) / Newport - Baltimore (USA) - Boat transfer - Crew Member and Chef (850nm) Best regards Nicolò von Wunster | |
