I am a healthy and fit male in my 40's. I do not smoke or drink. I have a masters degree in Photography and I am currently located in Los Angeles, CA. USA. I started crewing because I always had dreams of learning to sail and I wanted to make that dream a reality. I am well mannered, hard working, work well with others, and can be relied upon in rough sea conditions. In the three seasons that I have crewed on sailboats I have gained a great deal of experience: I have crossed the North Atlantic two times now, sailed through the Northwest Passage, anchored in many remote moorages in Scotland, Alaska, Greenland, and Norway. I have sailed through the Caledonian canal and weathered my share of storms, both severe open sea storms, and coastal squalls. I am confident on deck, and although I am still learning, I know that I will do a good job on any sailboat in most any sea conditions. My goal is to have fun and become the best sailor I can. I have a particular interest in sailing remote arctic routes. I hope to join you on your next sailing adventure. I am also a skilled photographer and videographer. So an additional benefit of having me on board is that I can provide great photos and video of your adventure. | |
