| Experienced yachtsman ( powered and sail yachts ) skipper and owner for 30+ years with lots of offshore and Gulfstream crossings, ARC+ in 2019, Salty Dawg in 2020 from FL to Antigua, Currently own a 2019 FP Saona 47 and have a FP "new model" 51 on order for a June 2022 delivery from La Rochelle France. Now planning our summer 2022 sailing for the Mediterranean followed by the ARC+ in November 2022 . Many years experience in Bahamian, Caribbean islands, Gulfstream etc. I am an aviation business owner with an airline transport level FAA license and some 15,000 flight hours...so am a solid navigator! Physically active and heathy. Very rusty Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Easy going and calm in stressful conditions. Non Smoker, light social drinker. | |
