Italo-Mexico-American, ex-senior technical officer on large cruise ships, and project manager for a new ship building. Ex-corporate executive with deep understanding of sustainability. Cancer survivor since 2018, when I had to change my life completely and founded a non-profit for sustainable development registred in the United Nations. Recently I got into smaller yachts and certified with the RYA. Besides a long history of developing and coaching international crew, I am very comfortable with navigation charts and course setting, passage planning, GPS, radar, AIS, and digital technology. Fully fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and Italian, with basics of Dutch and French. I do not smoke, do not drink, and avoid eating animal corpses unless there are no other options. I am looking at positions like mate or navigator so I can accumjlate more miles on small and mid-size yachts. | |
