I'm a professional chef and longtime wanderer. I've spent time in Alaska, Hiked in Spain and the Appalachian Trail on the U.S East Coast. I love to sail and can't wait to get out to sea. My own boat is a small wooden Knockabout that's taught me to sew sails, plank and fiberglass, paint and varnish, and do all the things that keep a boat humming along. Cooking has taught me how to work with others in small spaces, pass the time telling stories when not working hard, and how to work clean and joyfully. I'm an easygoing, hardworking guy who just wants to keep the adventure going and the sails filled. Let's sail well, eat well, and live well. | |
