| I have experience of been a watch leader on a 72 Ft ex BT Challenger yacht with Tallships.org which is a charity focussed on young people. I have crewed on several deliveries, including UK to Spain, Scotland to Cornwall, Gibraltar to Antigua, UK to Ireland. I worked as a volunteer 3rd engineer on the Tall ship Lord Nelson in the Caribbean. Being a trained mechanical and electrical engineer by trade I can fix / fault find most things, that are serviceable. I'm used to the sea, having fished, scuba dived (normoxix, trimix) etc, for years. I'm easy going, get along well with people, don't stress to much. I'm a quick learner and hard working team player and pretty reasonable cook (according to the last skipper) | |
