I trim, pit, helm and helm in heavy weather. Limited bow work. I do not smoke, sleep quiet, comfortable with doing solo watches. I have sailed my own boat 41 footer to Key West several times, the Dry Tortugas, and north up to Tampa several times. I get alone with other crew and have a upbeat attitude, I am in good physical shape with no limitations.
