Hi I have been sailing ever since I was a child as my father built me a sailing dingy when I was 8. and I have not stopped sailing . but I have gained a lot of experience in handling sailing boats along the way. I have worked and lived on all sorts of sailing boats. from A 180ft 3 mast fully reged sailing ship to make a movies . working as a deliver skipper in Greece for two years. having A fantastic time. Then as real life happens got married settled down and bilt a nice big house. back here in Ireland. Started up my own bildeing company. then we had two beautiful doughters .we'll thay are married with there own children.my wife past away 2 years ago.so now it's my time to fly. In my time in Welford I was a crew member FOR 10YEARS OF KILMORE RNLI ALL WEATHER LIFE BOAT WHERE I GAINED EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION IN VHF RADIO. RADAR. SEA SURVIVAL. AND GPS. My dreem always was to sail around the world.i would love to right abook along the way.i have been keeping a eye on the world ARC.I would love to start this year .So it's a matter of finding the right boat and the right people. Hopefully I can find one here.I am very easy going get on well with people.
