| I'm a laid back guy who has enjoyed sailing since childhood. Since five years back I own my own boat (Hans Groop designed H-boat) which I have been sailing around the baltic sea together with my girfriend and other friends. I also have a little experience from cruising in the mediterranean. I would like to gain more experience in ocean sailing, and would love to join in on an ocean passage like the ARC, but I'm also interested in transfer-journeys etc. I'm quite tidy and not afraid of challenges, and I'm confident in handling boats both on my own and as part of a crew. Safety aspects are paramount to me, something I have learned both from sailing and while working in military aviation.
