| Hello, We are Samuel and Aurelia, a French couple (28 and 31 years old). On November 2021, we started a year off to visit the Caribbean. We began our travel by crossing the Atlantic ocean in a sailing boat. We are looking for sailing boats that may welcome us for a single or several crossings. A sailing boat is the perfect mean to travel and share experiences with other seawomen and seamen ! We are looking for a boat that leave one of the following island : St Barthélémy or St Marteen or Martinique or Guadeloupe or St Lucia or Dominica to go to one of the following destination : Cuba or Mexico or Guatemala During the navigation, we will enjoy sharing you ours hobbies and our skills: - Aurélia is a voluntary marine eco-guide and can teach you how to observe cetaceans and marine life. - Samuel is a volunteer lifeguard and he can help you provide first aid. - We will be happy to share French recipes. --------------------------------------------------------- Our sailing experience : Moreover the Atlantique crossing, during the last years, we navigated several times by sailing boat at sailing school (UCPA) and with boat owners that we met by web sites like findacrew. By now, we navigated around 2 months accumulated and we are able to : - To participate to the various boat manoeuvres; - To steer the sailing boat; - To trim sails in various wind conditions; - To take part of nights shift; - To read maps and to use navigational tools.
