| I have completed 5 transatlantic crossings three as Skipper and o as first mate,all on boats over 55ft. Completed the BT Global challenge in 1996/7 as first mate on Ocean Rover. We sailed the ‘wrong way around the world’ against winds and currents. My last crossing from Bermuda to the Azores was a paid position as Captain of a Farr 60. | |
