Looking for: Caribbean; West Africa & South Atlantic Islands;

We (Doug & Maureen Backhouse) are currently at home in British Columbia after spending time cruising the South Pacific aboard our own Saga 43 between 2014 and 2019. Doug is a design and property management consultant and Maureen a retired high school teacher. We would be interested to join a passage departing South Africa for the journey to the Caribbean in 2022/23. In addition to this general cruising/offshore experience Doug also brings considerable experience drawn from club racing and offshore races (7x Transpac & 1x Pacific Cup) as navigator, watch captain.
