I’m a commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster and a background in engineering. I’ve been sailing since I was a child and have my own 35ft Ericson that I enjoy sailing around the UK coast, especially in the Hebrides. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges of sailing as well as the beautiful Force 4 days and genuinely work well under pressure. My career until now has been in vehicle design and builds and I’m therefore very comfortable working on anything mechanical/electrical, particularly engines and can also fabricate and weld. I’ve had a number of client facing roles over the years and feel I’m an approachable and easy going person. My partner and I were planning an Atlantic crossing this year on our new 50ft racer cruiser but due to severe corrosion we’ve had a change of plans so looking to get out on the water by other means, getting to know fellow likeminded people and be a helping hand where needed. We would ideally like to work together (profile linked). We have complimentary skills that make us a great team. | |
