Nationality: Poland
Currently based in: Estepona, Spain
Looking for: Worldwide opportunities
Experience: 230 ocean miles / 1500 coastal miles
RYA Day Skipper (march 2022), with experience on monohulls and catamarans, starting 1-3 years of sabbatical, available now in the Canaries, looking for sailing experience on the Med and the Canaries, the Azores, Caribbean, Polynesia, possibly circumnavigation. Attended all ARC seminars and participated in the prep (helping friends and learning). Hard working, willing to learn proper seamanship and self-sufficiency. Ideally, I'd like to connect sailing with a higher purpose like marine conservation, education or philantropy but happy to do sustainable cruising too. Holidaying and endless partying is not for me. Responsible, thorough, non smoker, non drinker, healthy lifestyle, zero waste, great at saving resources, packing and organising space. No sea sickness. Good at understanding mechanisms, "engineer mind" as one of the skippers said. PADI OWD. Used to multiculturality, sensitive to clear communication, taught teenagers critical thinking in international schools. INFJ. Great with pets and kids. I like people who went through adversity and came back wiser and happier. I have my own life jacket and gear, and SUP if needed. Healthy and happy cancer survivor now helping others. References on request.
Smoking: non-smoker
Relationship status: single
Dietary requirements: Healthy diet, organic food, little meat (if any), not allergic to anything.
