| Greetings! I'm looking to build my sailing experience on multihulls (at least 45') as my wife and I plan on retiring and sailing the world in 2023 on a Balance 482. Ideally, getting transatlantic experience is desired. We currently own a 30' Catalina which we sail in the Chesapeake Bay. We've also done ocean and coastal passages (~3,000 miles) on different multihulls. I'm open-minded, eager to learn, and hope to find more great crew opportunities. I've completed my ASA 101/ 103, International Safety at Sea, Annapolis School of Seamanship courses in Electronics and Weather, and numerous classes on a myriad of topics ranging from emergency management to provisioning to heavy weather sailing through Cruisers University. I also have my First Aid/ CPR certification. | |
