| Hi I'm Dave, I'm a 40 year old geologist, from Manchester in UK, been living and working in the middle east for 15 years. I'm easy going, up for a laugh and not shy of hard work. I fell in love with sailing about 4 years ago on a 3 month trip around the Ionian. Since then I've been doing as much sailing in between work as possible, getting RYA comp crew and day skipper tickets along the way with mile builders in Croatia, Greece and Dubai. The moons have now aligned and I've finally quit my job to follow my dream of sailing around the world full time. My aim is to buy my own boat at some point, but for now I'd love to get some more experience and meet some characters along the way. | |
