I have been sailing all my life. Lasers up to Freighters. 1976-1977 Ordinary Seaman and Wheelsman - Great Lakes freighters. 5000 miles over 2 summers 1980's - 1990's Lasers, International 14, 16' catamaran. 2002-2010 owner Bayfield 32 cutter rig - Lake Ontario & Lake Champlain Cruising and overnight sailing. Charter in Caribbean. 2010-2021 owner Bayfield 40 cutter/ketch rig - Bahamas, Caribbean down to Grenada. Off-shore 5,000 miles. Coastal 3,000 miles 2014 - Delivery captain with boat owner and his wife- Hunder 41 DS - Exuma to BVIs. I sold my last boat (Petite Cordelia) in Grenada during Covid. I have the bug to hit the water again to help with a delivery or As an owner/captain, I appreciate the importance of safety and communication between all crew. I was also the one who had to sleep with one ear open and trained my body to be sensitive to changes in boat direction and roll. I enjoy a good laugh, will pitch in on boat projects, as needed, I can cook, make bread, and change the oil. I am 66 years old, in very good health with tennis, biking and skiing as my past times. I also crew occasionally in races. Retired CPA partner from Deloitte and BDO. I have my own consulting practice that I am winding down. The stars are aligned for me to spend time sailing again. I hope to hear from you to see if we are a good match. Contact me on WhatsApp 514-754-3597.
