Looking for: Worldwide opportunities
Experience: 1000 ocean miles / 500 coastal miles
I have recently spent a lot of time in dinghies, racing a laser radial and as crew on a flying fifteen. Previously have raced on larger boats. Regularly at West Highland week, Scotland and at inter club racing. Completed my RYA day skipper a long time ago, would be keen to refresh these skills. Recently completed assistant Dinghy Instructor and regularly assisted at my local Sailing Club. I was Cabin Crew for a Long Haul Airline but due to Coronavirus I have been made redundant,, with the option to return within the next 2 years when flights resume and demand increases. I would love.to find a sailing opportunity as I now have a break in my career. I am a very hard working, respectful, positive person, keen to meet new people and take on new challenges. Ideally I would love a position where onboard expenses are covered but may consider a position where a shared contribution is required. I am keen to learn and enhance my skills and happy to stand watch when required. Age 53 fit and v energetic. Non smoker. I have previously worked as a school photographer for 12 years while my son was young. I have been security checked for this and airline work to for the past 15 years.
