| Ahoy, sailors around the world! We're a fun-loving couple – Roger (30) and Berit (29). We've ditched our jobs in Germany and are looking forward to be joining a former sailing instructor on his way to crossing the Atlantic east to west, late 2023. By summer 2024 we would like to return to Europe and – to make this happen – we're now looking for an opportunity to return by sailboat (Atlantic crossing west -> east.) 🌊⛵ Here's some information about us: Roger is no stranger to boats, having spent 5 months on Sea Shepherd's MV White Holly in the Pacific as an engineer. He's also sailed smaller catamarans on lakes, mastering the basics of sailing. Berit is a medical biologist, but her heart yearns for outdoor escapades amidst nature rather than lab coats. She's a master of English, Spanish, and a bit of French! Together, we've sailed on lakes and conquered snowy mountains, but now we're itching for the thrill of the open ocean and the allure of South America. We're super easygoing and can get along with anyone. Plus, we absolutely LOVE cooking (and baking)! We're more than happy to help out and learn whatever is needed during our time on your boat.
