Hey there, my name is Benjamin and I am looking for an opportunity to cross the Atlantic in Nov/Dec2019. I am an easy-going person, hobby coastal skipper (1700 nm) and have the time now, to make a dream come true - crossing the Atlantic. In my day to day business, I am a mechanical engineer and work in prototype development and manufacturing. I'll bring a strong hands-on attitude and like to repair and fix things. I bring with me: - 5y & 1600nm costal Skipper - Eager to take over all kind of duties on board - Mech. Engineer with a hands-on attitude (oh, that’s broken? May I fix it?) - Not bad at cooking (& baking bread) - I eat everything & don’t get seasick - Languages: German, English, un poco Español - PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor I consider myself an easy-going person with good communication skills and caretaking for the people around me. It is very important to me, that we are a good personal match and the team gets on very well together. I am located in Munich, but ready to jump on the plane immediately. From 29.10.19 on I'll be in the Canary Islands, visiting a friend and looking for sailing vessels to crew on for the ARC. It would be a perfect opportunity to meet up and get to know each other. Feel free to contact me: benjaminthoma221(at)gmail.com +4917682165755 Looking forward to meeting you Benjamin | |
