Dear Shipmates, I'm Andrea, 25 year-old originally from Tenerife, Spain. I've been living in London, UK for the past 2 years but have recently quit my job to go travelling for a year in Latin America. I am looking to make my route to the Americas a little more adventurous and am therefore looking to crew on a boat with Caribbean (ideally) as destination and departing (ideally) from the Canary Islands or anywhere in Spain. I grew up in Tenerife and visit Gran Canaria often as well, so happy to help in the preparation of your (hopefully our :)) trip. I consider myself very proactive and inquisitive, always eager to learn and willing to help with whatever is needed on the boat. I don't have much sailing experience but am comfortable on boats and learn fast (had some sailing lessons when I was a kid and go out often on the family motor boat). I'm also a very sociable and open-minded person, who enjoys a good conversation - I am fluent in Spanish, English and German and speak a little bit of French. I am clean and tidy and also enjoy cooking. I enjoy all thing outdoors and am very confident in the water (PADI Advanced Open Water). I am available from now onwards. If there's anything else you would like to know about me, happy to have a call / video call :) I'm also fully vaccinated and willing to contribute towards costs. Best, Andrea
