| One day friends of mine have bought a 10m sailing yacht and invited me to sail with them. Till that day I have involved lot of things related with the sea except sailing. It was like my heart starts beating at that moment. After that fabulous time, I started to think about sailing more often. Then I bought the very first sailing book of mine Pupa Yelken written by Sadun Boro, who was the first Turkish amateur sailor to circumnavigate the globe by sailing. And then the all other books of him. His memories became my dreams. I realized that reading and dreaming about this fabulous thing made me happier day by day. In order to make my dreams become true I promise myself to try everything to get more experience, enjoy and respect the sea and more. In ARC 2017, I grabbed a chance of being in the ocean, and this made me fell in love again. In order to maintain this love, I should be involved again and again. But this time, I am more experienced and passionate for sailing with more experienced sailors with the same dream with me. Throughout this way, I believe that one day I will also make someone's dream become true and share the same emotions. By the way, let me introduce myself. I am a 31 years old Turkish guy with a master degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and living in the capital city of Turkey, Ankara. I am working as an Expert Systems and Requirements Engineer. I grew up in Gulluk which is a tiny coastal town in Mugla. I love and willing to do everything related with the sea. I have CMAS * diving license with 60 dives and planning to get PADI Advanced Open Water and Dive Master certificates within these months. I have been sailing since September 2015. I have Amateur Seaman's Certificate, Certificate of Competence for Short Range Radio Operators, IYTA International Bareboat Captain Certificate. P.S.
