This is a great opportunity to join a superb blue water yacht on its curcumnsvigation around the world. The dynamics of the crew and their ability to work as a happy team is essential. Everyone including me will be expected to share all tasks that are required to ensure a smooth day to day running of the boat. A mix of different skill sets and personalities will, I think, make for a happy ship.

Crew roles: Everyone will be expected to share tasks involved in the day to day running of the boat from cleaning the heads to helping to navigate the boat.

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
