From Gibraltar, Gibraltar to Tahiti, French Polynesia.

June 2023 to July 2024.

We are Martyn (UK) and Heike (Germany) and are a married couple sometimes living in Germany. We had a very good around-the-world voyage 2007–2010 (via Panama Canal; Suez Canal), and since then the boat has been based in Italy, Greece and most recently Croatia . After a major refit, the time has now arrived for another circumnavigation. This time we intend to visit some of the less-visited parts of the South Pacific. Crew are currently needed for some, or all of the legs of a cruise from the Adriatic Sea to the Canary or Cape Verde Islands and then further for the ARC in November 2023 from Las Palmas to St. Lucia. Then later onwards in April 2024 from Aruba through the Panama Canal, Galapagos Islands, Marquesas, Tuamotus to Tahiti. We are now in Gibraltar and plan to go down the Moroccan coast starting on Sunday, 18.06. By late 2023 we intend to cross the Atlantic and will be in the Caribbean for several months until business commitments allow us to continue into the Pacific. The actual cost of consumables (food/drink, fuel, etc) are usually divided equally between all on board. A fixed daily rate could be an alternative. Crew pay for own travel costs to and from the boat and any entry visa costs.

Crew roles: We are looking for crew to share the experience of travelling. You can come for a week or two or join us during the upcoming ARC from 19th of Novermber. We are experienced and relaxed, we will always be sailing for approx. 3 months and then "store" the boat in a secure and safe location whilst I (Heike) go back to work for a major cruise line as HR Manager. First stops for the boat will be Las Palmas (July - November 2023), then the ARC to St. Lucia and on to Aruba, then storing the boat in Aruba (January - April 2024), then on through the Panama Canal, Galapagos, Marquesas, Tuamotus to Tahiti (then storing the boat there July - October 2024), then cruising around French Polynesia, Tuamotus, Gambier Islands, Austral Islands (January 2025 - April 2025), then storing the boat in Tahiti (April 2025 - July 2025) and then slowly moving on west. Whilst we are not on the boat you may be welcome to use it as your temporary home in a great location if you get familiar with it before that as well. We love to hear from you!
