From Tampa, United States to Cadiz, Spain.

Here a few updates. We are sustainability researchers Italian and US American, a philosopher and a designer. We've got a nice solid ocean going boat, 45 foot cutter rig ketch that looks and sails more like a yawl and which we are still learning about. Our sailing plans have been interrupted by some significant boat work, but we are back in the water finishing up a few things. We plan to sail around to Tampa first and test everything like a shakedown. After Tampa we would like to sail around the Bahamas. Ultimately our goal is to cross the Atlantic to Spain, end of May-ish. We need to put together a good team and we have a little bit of time to do that. In the meantime we'll sail as much as we can. If you are interested in Bahamas and also the Atlantic crossing then maybe we can sail together longer. Sorry we cannot pay anyone's travel fees and we would like everyone to bring a couple boxes of food :) But we got the boat and the plan and we are looking forward to share this offshore experience with some other sailors!
