What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader

Sailing with a Rally: World ARC

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3-5

Crew roles: Ready to cross an ocean, sailing skills not mandatory, but highly welcome. Willing and able to take night shifts of 4 hours. Language: English and/or German

Money: daily contribution from crew $100

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
