Join us next week for the crossing from Reuinion Island to Richards Bay, South Africa. S/V Chao Lay is a well appointed Bavaria 50. Built for comfort, not for speed. You will have your own private cabin with head. I need 1 more crew for this crossing. We will be leaving Reunion on November 6. The passage to Richards Bay will take approximately 10 days. There will be a total of only 3 people on board. We do 4 hour watches, so you'll have 4 on and 8 off. If things work out, you could continue aboard for the passage down the West coast of South Africa to Cape Town. Non smokers only. You would be responsible for your own travel expenses to and from the boat. Crew must contribute $20 per day for provisions. This is not a race. We prefer easy, comfortable, cruising. We will be making the passage together with 17 other Rally boats.
