Eldorado will be joining the second leg of the World Arc from Darwin Australia to St Lucia, starting September 2023. We are looking for 2 motivated crew to join with the same desire as ours to live this adventure to the fullest. For now we are recruiting crew for the Darwin to South Africa leg but can be extended to South Africa to St Lucia in Jan-April 2023. Boat is equipped with diving gear and compressor to enjoy diving in the different places we stop. Objective of the cruise is not competition with other ARC boats (although a sane competition is always a good motivator) but safety, curiosity of discovering new places, new people and new diving sites are the priority. Participation to food and crew WARC entry to be discussed

Sailing with a Rally: None

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4 to 8

Crew roles: Experience required in blue Ocean sailing. No sea sickness. Comfortable doing night watches with minimum to no help in regular weather. Easy going. No smoker. Clean and respectful of a very well maintained boat. Has passport allowing to join Australia, Indonesia, Mauritius, Reunion and South Africa without limitation. ++ Pluses ++ World Ocean Rally experience. Diving experience with at least OW Padi. Medical experience. Cooking / provisioning.

Money: captain pays all expenses
