June 2023 to November 2024.

We have owned Sofa So Good for 15 years and have won many regattas in SE Asia before bringing her to the UK, with my imminent retirement we are planning to sail her back to Singapore using ARC where applicable. I have sailed boats since I was very young and have competed at the highest levels although primarily in dinghies or day racing. I met my wife, Sharon, through sailing and we are now planning on getting Sofa and ourselves prepared for our journey beginning in June 2023. We are starting our hunt for crew early to ensure that we have the right people involved and hopefully can meet up and ensure that we and the boat are all compatible to make the journey as fun/safe as possible.

Crew roles: We’re looking for two people to join us for an exciting sail from the UK to Singapore using ARC Portugal, ARC and World ARC during 2023/24. We need to have people that are competent and safe onboard but who also are fun to have around. It could well be that this could be a couple especially as the second cabin is a double. We are starting this search very early to ensure that we find the right people to come on this journey with us.
