An opportunity to cross the Atlantic in a tried and tested blue water cruiser that is very well equipped and will be supported by Commander weather routing service. While I am a confident sailor I have not crossed an ocean. I am, therefore, looking for an experienced crew that is well balanced and will be good company. I am happy to have a more experienced sailor take on the Captain role. Preferably no couples but I am OK with a mix of male and female sailors. It is the experience and team dynamic that is important.

Crew roles: All crew will take part in all aspects of operating the boat within their capability and under the direction of the skipper. An assignment roster will be drawn up prior to departure that will include, for example: Cooking and washing dishes Boat cleaning and food rotation Navigation Rotating Watch schedule including a hand-over Safety checks - Bow to stern Maintenance of: Diesel engine Generator Water maker etc

Money: expenses shared equally

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
