Overall, this voyage should take about a month, with a stop in Cape Verde and onto the Caribbean. This is likely a down-wind or broad reach trip, since the Trade Winds are expected to fill in by January. We will be using wind vane steering, so time at the help should be limited. Our crew characteristics: Good helming, sail trimming, respect for the ocean & safety of others, willingness to pitch in with good humor and a problem solving attitude
