In Summer 2017 we are planning to com back to Svalbard Archipelago. In 2 weeks (4–18 August 2017) we will explore the biggest island — Spitsbergen, and the most northern — Nordaustlandet. What we will see? * glaciers and pack ice * majestic Arctic landscape * midnight sun * polar research stations * remains of whaling settlements * Russian and Norwegian Arctic mining cities * seals, walruses, whale and hopefully polar bear * arctic birds and unique arctic flora The voyage cost is €2595 (about £2210) all-inclusive. Crew roles: You are an important and valuable member of the crew: you steer and sail the boat, prepare meals and take part in all work on board. There will be maximum 9 people on board. 6 standard members of the crew: an experienced skipper, bosun to take care of the technical aspects, and one more experienced sailor. You will have an opportunity to learn and sail yourself, but there will be always enough experienced people to sail safely in all conditions.
