[ closed ] St.Maarten/Heineken Regatta Saint Martin to Saint Martin ref 10761
Spartan Ocean Racing & Training wants 10 crew for Challenger, Whitbread/Volvo 60, 18m.
From Simpsons Bay, Saint Martin to Simpsons Bay, Saint Martin.
to March 2019.
The St. Maarten Heineken Regatta may be famous for its parties but the sailing is just as good. Round the island courses, windward-leewards, triangles with big reaching legs- there is something for everyone and what is also fantiastic for us is we get a chance to really open up the throttles on these big 60ft race boats thanks to our roller-furling headsails and easily managed kites. In fact we'd say the sailing is some of the best in the world- It's just the parties sponsored by Heineken that are the problem! Every night there is another beach, bar, tent or open air stage with another band playing and another village of beer tents somewhere with people dancing all night long- Lots to take in as you can imagine. With our round the world professional crew Spartan Ocean Racing is the safe, fun way to sail big, fast boats in a pair of lengendary regattas with a world famous party reputation- all without having to go cold-turkey yourself to run your own boat & crew.
Spartan Ocean Racing & Training is currently based in Canada
