From Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia to Santa Marta, Colombia.

Crew of two looking for a third person to join us on the first leg of the 2020 World Arc from Rodney Bay, St. Lucia to Santa Marta, Colombia. You'll have your own cabin/bunk. We'll cover the Arc crew fee and meals on board. You are responsible for getting to/from the boat, meals ashore and any personal expenses.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Captain

Sailing with a Rally: World ARC

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: This position is for someone who has offshore passage making experience. You'll need to be able to stand a watch independently, including adjusting sail trim. Ideally, you'll will have made this trip before, as our experience with the Caribbean Sea is limited.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
